Beautiful location with stunning views of the ocean. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a spa and multiple swimming pools.- Plenty of activities and evening entertainment options available.
Limited free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel, which can be inconvenient for travelers, especially those with teenagers. Some staff members, particularly at the reception and bar, were unhelpful and unfriendly.

Great view from the room over the pool directly into the sea
Unfortunately there were a lot of jellyfish on the beaches, we stayed at the pool.

Spacious room, great pool. We were able to use this for recreation after our hikes.
Once the room wasn't cleaned, we could get over it.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - beautiful design, spacious rooms, and a stunning view from our balcony. The staff treated us incredibly well and the location, although on the outskirts, was pleasant and relaxing.
The morning meal could have been improved with hotter food options.

Great pools and slides for children, good breakfast, friendly staff, great lobby = a hall which is 4 floors high, beautiful beaches to the left and right of the hotel there are good restaurants where you can sit and eat at the sea in the evening.
The ambience of the restaurant was bad, who likes a nice atmosphere in the evening should only book breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location on the seafront and offers amazing views. The rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and adequate bathroom facilities. The breakfast selection is decent, and the pool areas are well-designed and equipped with water-based fun activities like the Aqua park.
The hotel offers limited entertainment options for guests, especially for teenagers.

The room was good and the swimming pools and surrounds were very good.
There were only buffet restaurants open and no opportunity for a light meal.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. They certainly charge luxury prices especially at the weekend when we found the price doubled. The hotel boasts 2 luxurious buffet restaurants but says that both restaurants are only open during peak season. It does not mention that the à la carte restaurant is closed unless they have 80% occupancy so you end up with buffet every night which is very average to say the least. In fact most of the hotel facilities are closed unless they have 80% occupancy. It’s as if they decide that it’s not worth making the effort unless they are 80% full which with the Spanish currently in recession will not be easy. To say that this hotel is big is an understatement. I’ve stayed at smaller hotels in Vegas.
The 2 ice machines were broken. It advertises air-conditioned rooms but we went at the beginning of May and they hadn’t turned it on. It was hot! The hotel is designed as a castle square with two outdoors pool arrangements. The one inside the hotel walls is a huge labyrinth of themed pools which kids will love. Outside to the back of the hotel is one of the best looking infinity pools I’ve seen. The problem with the infinity pool is the bar is closed unless 80% full. You have to long walk back through the hotel and out to the only bar which is open. The daytime or evening entertainment is non existent unless it’s 80% full unless you count bingo as entertainment! Oh and you really will have trouble finding it even with satnav.

We loved the spacious room and comfortable beds, as well as the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the infinity pool with its stunning view and the central courtyard with its trees and pools. We were impressed with the quality of the hotel despite the affordable price. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the staff were friendly and helpful, even if not all spoke English.
Nothing, all great!

The best for us was the large out-door pool.
The hotel name indicates spa and Luxury and we expected a quite, comfortable and wellnes oriented hotel. But we missed all of it. It might be a perfect hotel for large families which looks for "all inclusive" and likes to enjoy (and make) loud noise - not only by children. Unflexable stuff, Mini Save only available against 4,30 Euor per day made our stay not very enjoyable.

I always choose this hotel for my stay in Almunecar. The staff helped me find my way the first time. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, poolside snack bar, fitness center, spa. Coming back for the weekend!

Had an amazing stay at a luxurious spa hotel with beautiful grounds. The infinity pool and beach views were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely outdoor terraces. Great facilities for sports and activities. The location couldn't be better, with a prime spot in Almunecar.
None 🙌.

We had a great weekend getaway! The hotel had stunning views of the ocean and the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed lounging by the beautiful infinity pool and trying out the water slides. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome.
That the hotel was a bit isolated, requiring a car or taxi to get to nearby restaurants and bars. the buffet was the only option for meals, but it did offer a variety of choices.

The spa facilities were great and the outdoor pool was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel had a good location close to the beach and with easy access to local attractions.
The food was not up to par and overpriced. The drinks at the bar were also expensive and not of great quality. The rooms were not soundproof and we could hear our neighbors quite well. the hotel was not worth the price.
